- Description
- The thin lid and body are molded in dark brown clay and completely glazed in white. The silver-painted crescent on the lid combined with colorful eulalia grasses depicts the evocative scenery of Musashino. This design, which features eulalia grasses and the moon symbolizing autumn, expresses a characteristically Japanese aesthetic which has appeared in literature and the arts and crafts for thousands of years.
