- NAKAMURA Kinpei is the eldest son of NAKAMURA Baizan II, an expert tea bowl artist based in Kanazawa City. He continuously produces works that develop new expressive forms that link the traditional and the contemporary. This is one in his Pop Art style, in which a statue of the Buddha, tableware, hands holding breasts and the character "る (ru)" in Japanese look jumbled up but emanate a feeling of unfulfilled and mysterious attraction.
