- This wide and thick sword features a Shinogi-dukuri ridgeline design and is in Iorimune style with a middle-sized tip. The design of the sword, with itame patterns and jinie, carved speckling, gives it a solid presence. The blade pattern is in hakomidare style with dark inclusions. We can see the firm notches and the hashikiri with a gorgeous edge. The five characters on the front close to the back surface say “God bless you and your future generations. December 17, 1800.” on the back is an inscription by Uta-no-suke Ganku.
