"KIMIYA Yasutaka was authorized as important intangible cultural heritage in 1978 when he was 53 years old. His farther, KOMIYA Kosuke was also authorized before. The reason of this authorization is not only his techniques but also his contribution to educate the successor of making the pattern.
This work is designed the clear fine patterns of chrysanthemum and the calm ground color. It looks dignified and elegant."
